Payment
Are there any extra fees that I will have to pay on top of the listed price?
The price you see includes the standard rental fee and basic insurance. Additional fees may apply for optional extras such as GPS rental, child seats, or extended mileage. If you have any questions, feel free to ask us before booking.
Should I print a receipt to show when I arrive?
No, there’s no need to print a receipt. A digital confirmation on your phone is enough. Just show it when you pick up your car.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfers, and PromptPay. If you prefer another method, contact us in advance to check if we can accommodate it.
Preparation
What documents do I need to rent a car?
To rent a car, you’ll need:
– A valid driver’s license (International Driving Permit required for non-Thai licenses)
– A passport or Thai ID card
– A security deposit, which can be paid in cash, via bank transfer, or PromptPay
Do I need an International Driving Permit (IDP)?
If you’re a tourist, yes, you need an **International Driving Permit (IDP)** to drive legally in Thailand. If you don’t have one, you may be fined, and your insurance coverage could be affected.
Is there a minimum age requirement to rent a car?
Yes, you must be at least 21 years old to rent a car from us.

How can I make a reservation?

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before pickup. If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, a small cancellation fee may apply.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, you can extend your rental, but please let us know as soon as possible. Extensions depend on availability, and additional charges will apply.
